Best buy question

I ordered something for in-store pick up Wednesday night. I got an e-mail saying that the store was presently closed, but I'd get an e-mail when my item was ready. I haven't gotten said e-mail, has this happened to anyone else?

No, but I think that 2nd email comes from the store, saying 'yes, we have it in stock and it is here waiting for you.' so, if the store is closed, I can see why you wouldn't get the 2nd email yet? I have had really good luck with Best Buy pick up- I'm sure it will work out.
