My mom and I just did an order with them - it took several hours because their sight was having issues at the moment. But on the main page - one of the many times I had to log back in, it had a free 8X10 code as well so I added an 8X10 to the order, it showed up on the review your order page and my total was 9.40 then the confirmation took the coupon away - with no warning and charge me for the 8X10.... I can not contact them until tomorrow but I am really frustrated and surprised - I have heard really good things about the company so I assume it is a glitch of some kind but I did not realize that after I reviewed the order and pressed OK to continue they could change the final price and charge my card without consent of the changes.

Very strange - but like I said, something was wrong with the websight all night...
