Congrats to everyone that made SM or SMP for Q3 2011. It is time to reset and start earning for Q4 SM and SMP and recruit some new members to join us.

We have 92 days this quarter so here are your targets:

SM -> $100/92 = $1.09 per day
SMP -> $250/92 = $2.72 per day

I've had a bit of a slow start due to a really weird survey day on the 1st. Yesterday was better but I ran out of time before my laptop had to be a tv last night. So today I'm hoping to keep building and moving in the right direction.

I'm on board for SM Q4! So far, I haven't been very good We have a big volunteer event in two weeks, a business trip, and a vacation this quarter. I have a modified quarter countdown at work, so I'll update after the holiday, and hopefully with some progress!

My goal for this quarter is SM (love the perks!). 10 night upcoming vacation and enjoying time with children during summer vacation makes this goal more realistic. Will be back for the SMP challenge when the children go back to school!
