My dh has a virtual visa that I would like to use to make a purchase thru SR with. If I made a purchase in his name using my SR account & SR email address will I still get credit for it?

Absolutely! That would work just fine. A lot of people use their employer's credit cards or corporate credit cards to make purchases. You should see what some people get just from ordering office supplies!
