    Default Target reward option

I decided today to cash out next for a Target card, for Christmas shopping. I noted that it seemed that was the only card that had .42 attached the to price. I assume that's for postage, but curiousity has me asking, why Target and not the other options? Because of it's popularity? Or they charge on their end? Thanks.

That's new. I cashed out for Target earlier in the week and it did not have the 42 cents attached to it. They must be charging SR for the shipping now.

And, everywhere I go, tonight, people are snapping and beating or banging or something and I am lost.

Walmart has it, also. I am thinking it is probably to cover mailing.
