A couple questions
1. Do you include your cool down time as part of your workout time? For example, today I did 30 minutes plus a 5 minute cool down on the treadmill. Do I count that as 30 or 35 minutes? (I'm okay with it either way, just wandering what most people do lol)
2. Is running on the treadmill any better for you than power walking? I can power walk for a half hour with no problem. If I jog or run, I'm hurting (my *ahem* chest area) right away. Am I going to be missing out on benefits because I'm not?
3. Is the elliptical or the treadmill "better" for you? Pros/cons for each?
Answers to any of these would be greatly appreciated so I can get my fat butt back down to a 6 lol.
