If you are doing a survey and it dies on you in the middle or tells you that after completing it that there was an error or that you now don't qualify you can click the report a daily survey link below the green box and give all the details about the survey - how far along you were, the topic, what issue you are having and then the link to the last page or the current page you are on and GF will look into it. Sometimes they will give you credit for these reported surveys.
As a friendly reminder to everyone - These complaints go to Tricia and then she submits them to Greenfield. If you are overly rude or abusive she will not pass along the issue to Greenfield as it is pretty embarrassing and a poor reflection on the community. So while they are frustrating please remain calm and neutral with your feelings while filling out the report.
Well this is good to know. This is the first I have heard of this. I thought we could only report purchases we didnt get credit for or the Daily opinion survey because that was tracked by your SR number? My poor mother took 4 different amps Monday only to be told at the end she didnt qualify. These were all lengthy surveys.
