HI any good advice I'm new
HI I was just wondering if any of you had any hints or good advice about navigating around here.. I'm new and any help would be appreciated thanks.

Welcome! I'd start with reading the Members Q&A section for helpful hints and tips. After that I would jump into a couple of threads. Don't worry about when they were started or how far "behind" you are as you'll quickly catch up and learn to set goals and what is attainable
 My 2 favorite threads (I am partial to them as I started them LOL) are Survey Challenge and Let's start Earning for Q1 2011 SM Status - both are in the Offers and Contests section.
