Surveys not crediting question

I wonder if MV is having problems. I just did a 20 minute one that lasted well over 30 minutes, because it kept back tracking to questions I had already answered. It did this 3 times. I finally got to the end and it went to all the MV pages it did, but no credit in my history. Bummer.

Was it a PSB? I have had the same thing happen with them recently,at least twice thru GF/SH/MV, can't remember which. some sort of weird glitch?

My MV survey last night that did not credit was a PSB on cruises.

for the last few months almost every PSB I got into booted me as soon as I put in my state(or age). this month I have gotten into some but quite a few don't credit. PSB doesn't like me. I think prefer being booted!

Yep.

The survey gods must really hate me today, just did a Survey Head Router and completed it and routed back and no credit. SH credit right away right? Can't remember.

i feel like mv uses psb a lot and for me they never credit

DH completed another SSI2 survey tonight on electronics that did not credit. It was not a PSB.

Completed SSI about topical pain relieving patches/gel and it did not credit.

**cleared cookies, did another one and it did credit so does not seem like the problem we had a few days ago**

SSI knows about the problem and they DO have the credits recorded in their system. There just seems to be a reporting problem. So hopefully we will all of a sudden see them all dumped in or they will send me the spreadsheet to manually credit them.

Any update on the missing credits? I don't see anything for the SSI I completed on Oct 11.

They were working on getting them added to the system. I'll see if I can get them to just manually credit everyone instead since it is taking so long.
