I am doing the Online Plus version because I don't think meetings would benefit me due to hearing issues. I absolutely LOVE the online tools and can tell you the online only version really does work! I signed up Sept. 18 and hit my initial 40 lb goal in 3 months and 3 days. I'm working on a new goal now and am down over 45 lbs now. At the rate I am going, I expect to make my stretch goal of losing 90 lobs before my birthday in June.
