It depends on your end what kind of account you have. Tricia doesnt charge a fee. Some people will get charged a fee by paypal if the have the type of paypal account that accepts credit cards. If you don't have that kind of account you shouldn't be charged any fees by paypal.
I have the kind of account that gets charged a fee. I tried to cash out one time, and I got hit with almost $3 in fees. Now I just do gift cards! To me Target is basically the same as cash since I do some grocery shopping there anyway.
Just a heads up, you can open a second Paypal account. I have my ebay merchant account set up for credit cards and set up a new one on here that doesn't take CCs. One goes thru my checking and the other my savings account. Hope this helps someone!
