DH and my favorite restaurants (so far) are Boma's, California Grill and Brown Derby.

In April we have ADR's for

Cape May Dinner Buffet at the Beach Club
    California Grill
Le Cellier (Canada got late lunch...couldn't get dinner)
    Teppan Edo (Japan)

Others we have been to that we like

    Tony's (MK)
    Brown Derby (MGM)
    Rose & Crown (UK-Epcot)
    Chefs de France (Epcot)
    Biergarten Restaurant (Germany)
    Spoodles at Boardwalk
    Coral Reef
Wolf Gang Puck Cafe at DTD West Side

    We would like to try
    The Wave (Contemporary)
    Citricos
    Narcooses
    Kona Cafe

You didn't ask but these are ones we didn't care for:
Restaurant Akershus good if you like raw fish.
Tutto Italia Ristorante way over priced for what you get
Restaurant Marrakesh good if you like lots of curry
Boma Everyone raves about this one but we didn't care for it.
Chef Mickey's we were with a big crowd and felt very rushed and the food was marginal.
Prime Time I think your experience depends on your server and ours was a dud.

I liked Brown Derby as well. We finally went there last week.
We liked Maya's. I think that is the name-at Coronado. YOu would be surprised at the good ones at the resorts. And easy to get into. They were practically empty.

My sister and I went to Narcoosee's for a late dinner last spring, easily one of our best dinners ever

The fireworks crowd had cleared out, the atmosphere was intimate, and the food and service were wonderful.

We had the french press pot with dessert, came with homemade macaroons that were wonderful. The scallops and rissoto were outstanding.

Definitely a top choice in my book!
