Surveys not crediting question

I took one yesterday and again tonight, no credit for either of them.

Edited to add that the Live I took tonight did credit, I think at the 2nd hour?

Took a Live today and credited on the 1st hour, thinking yesterday they had issues on there end. It was PSB, which have no issues with crediting lately, until yesterday.

My suggestion would be to stop taking the surveys for awhile. The crediting is completely out of the hands of SR. We can only take what they give us. We've asked the members if they would like us to drop the surveys altogether (because we are willing to do that!) but the members always say "no." But if the surveys make you want to stop using SR, please stop doing the surveys. We have lots of other great things to offer!!!

Unfortunately I use SR mainly for the surveys so when they don't credit, it's frustrating. Occasionally I'll shop but not often enough to see a lot of credits from it.

Mine didn't either from last night. Hoping the GTM I just took credits.

Ok, I'm outta here for today.

Out of the three surveys I attempted-2 routed back improperly and didn't credit. One was a GF on an upcoming movie that I really wanted to see-straight Toluna on that one-and the other was an IPOS thru MTC on fast food places.

Not my day obviously.....

I have never taken this survey before or any others on spray paint brands! I will report it but nothing seems to come of that anymore.

not qualifying after answering all the questions is bad enough but the "one submission per person" is not acceptable when I have NEVER done this survey before.

Guess I will be staying away from DS, completed another one and ended up with a blank white page. Will report that one too and not doing anymore today. Thought it was red because they didn't have any, maybe something else is wrong
