The three of us spend about 90% of our online time doing something related to shopping: shopping for ourselves, looking for coupons, reading feedback from other shoppers, etc. So it was natural to decide that the theme of our podcasts would be online shopping. Specifically, we will be talking about where women are shopping (because we are women and because the majority of our sites are focused on women). We are pleased to once again be able to offer an American Girl Doll as a part of our Sunshine Rewards Auctions for charity. This month’s doll is Mia, the Girl of the Year for 2008. She comes new in the box, with a paperback book.

Bids can be placed with your Sunshine Rewards credit on our Sunshine Rewards Auction page. Your bid will include the doll, the book, and the cost of shipping. The proceeds from the auction will be donated to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for life. Bidding will close on December 4, and the doll will be shipped so that you receive it before Christmas.

In addition, we put up items in our Reward Auction for which all of the credits will go toward the charity of the month. Members can bid on auction items using their Sunshine Rewards credits.
This month we are fortunate enough to be featuring a brand new Kit American Girl Doll in our auction. With the release last week of the movie Kit Kittredge: An American Girl, Kit has become a very popular doll. The proceeds from the auction of the doll will be donated to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
