I have to agree that the brownies are very filling compared to regular brownies. I alternate between the VitaBrownies and the VitaTops. Both give me my chocolate fix. The VitaBrownies shown in the clip are topped with walnuts, contain 100 calories, 2.5g of fat, 6g of fiber, and 4g of protein.

Who knew that cheating could taste so good? I have a raging sweet tooth and have to be able to work in some sweet treats when I am trying to lose a few pounds.
