I can definitely say that running on sand in Florida was much different than running at home in Indiana. But does it make a difference in how much you tone your muscles? We’ve seen a couple of different shoes come out that claim to improve your leg muscles more than regular shoes. I will say for the Skechers ones that they are at least cute! They come in flip flops, Mary Janes, and sneakers. Sizes are somewhat limited at this point, so you will have to check back frequently to find the kind you want in your size. They are a little expensive (although not compared to other comparable shoes), so you will want to check out the Sunshine Rewards Skechers coupons and cash back.

I had heard of Fit Flops before but had not seen them until a friend mentioned at Bunko last night that she was wearing them and loved them. As I started doing a little more research today, I found out that they are going to be featured on Oprah this week.

The makers of Fit Flops maintain that you can tone your leg muscles by wearing them. Some people wear them for the comfort alone. I’ll be anxious to see what Oprah has to say about them.
