Can't get my signature to work?

Can someone tell me how they got their signature to work. Did you insert a link, use the HTML tags? I have tried it differents ways and it doesn't show!

OK, I was able to get the picture in but still can't figure out how to insert the SR Banner :(

How did you get it to work? My signature keeps saying I cannot add it because I can't have more than 5 lines???
