Ok, here we go again.

I did everything I know how to do but never got a confirmation email or credit?

Have you gotten this one to credit? Any suggestions?

Is it possible you mistyped your email? Maybe the email was delayed?

You MUST wait 30 days before trying any offer again. If you don't, you will risk having credits revoked -- and potentially everyone else's as well. Just leave it in pending for that time and a lot of times what doesn't credit on the first try does better the second time around.
