Hotel credit

I booked two rooms for my upcoming MOA trip a while ago and the $0.00 has not even showed up. Is that normal? I know the credit doesn't come until later.

It's ok if I don't get the credit but just wondering...

Travel credits can take a lot longer then some of the others, and if its a hotel stay, they won't show up normally till after the stay.

I had booked reservations for my past April trip the Nov. before. I got the credit within a month after the travel dates. So, they should show up.:sunshine:
