I know there are others who have trouble getting MID offers to credit. Not sure if this will help you but am passing it along just in case it will. I really took my time on this one. Actually got up to get a cup of coffee, check mail in another window. I did use the "skip" button or "no thanks" whenever I wanted. After the offer was finished, I just left the windows open and waited for a couple of minutes - I saw this tip posted last week and thought I'd try it out. I did find two confirmation emails. One was in my inbox and the other in spam. Lo and behold, it credited. This was at least the second time I tried this one. So, give 'em a try and take your time and see if it helps you.
