We can't incentivize this offer, but I went to their site and it is really cool. You can request for them to send you a prepaid envelope. Look up your old cellphones by model and find out if you can get cash for them. At the very least, let them send you a prepaid envelope so that you can let them recycle your old phone. It's good for the environment!!
