What happened to the Daily Survey Thread?

Am I insane? Did I miss something? But what happened to the sticky thread at the top of this forum about daily surveys? The OTX one is still there, but what happened to the other one? I counted on that thread to keep me form taking broken surveys! Where'd it go or am I going blind?
