Had a whole slew of options - got offered two surveys. The 2nd one said, after I had answered some questions, Thank you, click here to be rewarded. I got taken back to the "no surveys for you" page. It was on banking - anyone else get that one?

I was really watching to make sure any DS issues that we could help resolve were taken care of when I ran across this post. I hope this doesn't mean you are doing a DS on two different sites each day :eek:, because, that could cause problems for you, Sunshine, and what's his name at that other place. It is fraudulent to do the same things on two different sites, i.e. surveys or offers.

From your total forum posts, I thought maybe you might be new and should know that if you are caught doing duplicate offers, more than one of the same survey, etc. you could be banned. I would encourage you to pick a site on which to do those things. It's easier to keep track of and safer. Of course, I hope you pick SR :love:

I had that same problem for most of the day yesterday, but then last evening, after 7 PM a whole bunch of options came up. I completed my DS with the SR congrats page and then after midnight completed another one for my DS today. Just keep trying every hour or so. Eventually options will pop up for you too. I actually got the one about the salsa last night and it worked just fine for me. But it did take me like 20 minutes to take it. Maybe you took it too fast? Or didn't actually get through all of the qualifying questions?

I'm really trying to do a DS everyday....sometimes I just can't qualify at all, like yesterday.
So I opted to try again this am and got into one, only to find out after numerous questions, I did not qualify, tried again and the next one accepted me right away! (about Gelettos=sp?) 2nd try went nice and slow and took 15 minutes, but it said Congrats! Thank goodness. :)

Thanks for your message, I am a member of somewhere else, I checked to see if it was GF in general or just here. With that being said, you can belong to as many rewards sites as you like. I did not do the survey just checked to see if working. Thanks for the concern, that was kind of you.

Ugh, beware of a computer interactive survey, where they want you to pretend you are really going to buy a computer- it didn't take me back to SR at the end, and it was a LONG one- about 30 full minutes. :headache:

Hopefully it is one of the ones that ends up importing later. We've seen a number of people get two credits in a day this summer because of that.

yeah, the "no surveys available" page hasn't been working the past couple of weeks and i actually got 2 surveys myself one day (could've taken a 3rd, but i checked the forum first) before i found out what was going on. perhaps they've fixed the glitch? i don't usually have a problem getting surveys and it's really unusual to go almost 8 hours without a single option. of course, it was odd they all disappeared in the first place-i had 10 or so listed and 4 checked and after i was booted from my 5th-6th survey (the one after the salsa survey) all the options went *poof!*.

I had a couple of options this morning but didn't qualify. After that, I get the message asking if I'm me and when I click on start survey, then I get the message saying there are no surveys available. Usually when I can't qualify early in the morning, when I check back later, there are more options available to me.

I also had a few options this morning, but didn't qualify for any of the surveys that were appropriate for my demographics. I tried again this afternoon and now I'm getting no options and all. I have tried on and off for at least 4 hours and still have no options. At this rate, I'll be lucky to hit 13 this month. This is the 3rd day this month I missed a survey. Last month I was able to get 27. I just think Greenfield must be VERY LOW on surveys right now. Hope it picks up.

fyi - it's not just the ds that have no surveys available - there are no sm surveys available also. i do hope that gf gets their act together soon as most of the money i earn on sr is thru surveys and if that goes away i don't know how i will earn any money (i can't keep buying a lot of things) as money is starting to get a little tight. my only other option if surveys are no longer available is to just cash out what i have and only visit sr occassionally. i hate to say things like that as i have truly enjoyed being part of this community and i have made friends and money but without surveys i won't make enough to maintain sm status. if anyone has any suggestions, i am all ears.:confused:

Sounds like Greenfield just doesn't have surveys for your demographics. The person who takes surveys for me has never seen a longer list of options.

I think the surveys are a great lesson in patience for all of us. And if they are starting to stress you out, it may be time to take a deep breath and take a day off (yes, even if that means you miss out on a bonus).

I think it may be something going on at Greenfield. I just tried to take the SM one for the first time in a couple of days and there are no options for me either. Hopefully tomorrow it will be back to normal. My DH has never had a problem getting the regular DS. I do sometimes have trouble getting a SM one, but not when I haven't done one in a few days. That's why I'm thinking this is a glitch of some sort.

Maybe taking a little break to destress might help, but I wouldn't leave SR for anything! We all have slow days.... I have had times when no offers would credit and I couldn't qualify for surveys, but I just enjoyed the forum for a few days and things picked back up. Take a look at your account history and remind yourself how many things HAVE credited. We all have slow times, but we all have days where everything works too! I just try to remember those days. For example yesterday I did every new offer and 1 old one and they all credited, I really hadn't had many offers credit since Crazy Credits and those couple days everything credited too. Just remember every day can't be perfect.

i understand what you are saying but it is not just me that this is happening to. for some reason a lot of people are having problems getting a survey and it can't just be because of their demographics, there has to be some other reason behind it. it is only the 6th day of the month and to not have any surveys for so many different people from different places makes me wonder sometimes. does that make any sense? i also know that i should exercise more patience when it comes to surveys and maybe i should take a day off from surveys just to relax and de-stress. thanks for your words - they really hit home. have a wonderful evening and again:thanks:

I might have this exactly the opposite, but I'm remembering that Tricia has said that summer is the slowest time for surveys.

Or maybe that's the winter? (see? exactly the opposite is a possibility)

When I see "no surveys for you", I figure it means there are no surveys. To me, the glitch is the wording of things, no longer (for ages it seems) getting the "you have exceeded the daily limit" message, and more recently not being able to rely on the "no surveys" message as meaning something credited. THOSE are the glitches, to me, along with error messages and their site being down for maintenance.

But the "no surveys" part, I just assume that's exactly what they mean.


I hadn't done a SM survey since July, I believe, until yesterday when I could try. And I got the "no surveys" message for ages. Then just after 8pm Pacific time I got LOADS of options all at once, and skated one in just before 9pm. If I hadn't checked right after 8, I wouldn't have seen all of those. And right now I'm in the "no surveys for you" period for the SM survey, probably both b/c it's not yet time (I'm on a rough 20 hour cycle for SM surveys, and it's made more difficult b/c the survey credited for today, just after 9pm pacific time, so it's confusing) and b/c they haven't loaded any recently.

I guess I was wondering if the glitch was that my DH was able to complete one but didn't get the congrats and then it was all the sudden that it said he should try back tomorrow. Even with a ton of options available on the list. It was almost like it decided the one earlier went through and he was done for the day.

I don't know about the SM one for me. I usually have some options to pick from even if I can't qualify after I get into them. I'm getting the page like I took one and am trying again before my 24 hrs. are up. But I didn't take one yesterday.

I have faith it will be back to normal soon. I got the little bonus last month and it won't kill me if I get it instead of the big one this month again. It's still fun to see the jump in the account at the first of the month.

Big surprise, those almost never do. Anyway, when I went back to try again, all the options were gone and ever since ( about 14 hours now) all I get is the "No surveys" message. You can't tell me that that one survey wiped out all 12 options. There's something strange going on.

I just got a very strange survey that asked if I had any children between the ages of 8 and 17 that knew how to sew. DD does but she is only eight. It was very strange asking if she took sewing classes and other weird question and then it did not take me back to the congrats page after it said I completed the survey with dd. Now I have no options, well I guess I will have to keep trying.

Dh did one a little while ago that was a keynote survey. All about online shopping for computers. It took about 30 minutes. He got to the end and got this message

I got Callie up early. She goes to work in a little while. She was excited to answer the questions about sewing. I hung out a load of laundry and when I came back in, she said she completed it. I looked and no "congradulations page." She told me the survey was fun, since she took sewing in h.s. She sews really well too. My mom sews, but that "gene" I totally did not get. Bummer. When I tried for another survey, I had no options. When I started this morning, there were at least 10 options. How the heck did they all get wiped out.

But then after 8pm I had the choices again, but then didn't qualify and was out again. 8am Tuesday, same scenario, not qualified for a few, then had to wait until 8pm....then I got one on the 1st try and qualified/sr congrats.

I've been lucky to get a ds on 1st try the past few days, so haven't been able to judge that theory any further, but from what I've been reading it seems they are only giving us so many tries, then you have to wait for the next go-round. IDK, just my .02 :D

I had a really weird, long one this morning on home pregnancy tests. I dept telling them I've never bought one, I'm not trying to become pregnant, etc, but they let me keep going. I just love those questions when they ask which was teh brand you purchased most recently and you have to check the "other" box and write NEVER BOUGHT ONE. Then they ask why you bought NEVER BOUGHT ONE. Wouldn't that be pretty self explanatory???

Also got sent to OTX, but it hasn't been 24 hrs, so didn't get that one either. Got kicked out of yet another, it said no surveys for you, but still had lots of options, so tried again. Got kicked out, again. Checked again, and just got the page that just had my email addy on it and no options -- got the thank you for your willingness page, then. So I wonder if they actually did get the one logged that I finished??!! I had the same thing yesterday morning. I think someone said it may be that Greenfield is limitting the amount of tries at a time. Since they locked me out when I was done trying before work, I kept checking back later on. I think I had options show up around 6 PM, so it's not a late rotation thing. I did finish a survey and get the congrats screen yesterday evening. I'd say just keep checking back periodically.

DH got one a little while ago from the same company about buying cars. Finished the whole thing got a page that said "thank you we hope you enjoyed it" but no SR page. This is becomming the norm for DS rather than the unusual.

Yes, which is why if i have a ton of options for GF and an OTX comes up I close out of it so I can still get my OTX. But if pickings are slim with GF I'll go ahead and take it just to keep my bonus on track.

DH got these very same surveys! He was hot by the time he had to take the third one. Luckily it went back to SR. This completing surveys and not getting credit is becoming way to common these days. Oh my goodness! I just spent 30 minutes doing a survey about universal chargers, and this was no screener - it had product pix, descriptions, tell us how much you think it should cost, etc. - and then I got BOOTED and told I didn't qualify! I gave them 30 minutes of my life!!! :computer:

In lieu of reading through 44 pgs, DH just completed the 2nd daily survery for the month. He got the congrats page back at SR, but then when he tried to do another survey he could....in the past he couldn't....should he try another or if he got the congrats page is that enough now?? I know in the past if you got the congrats page it wouldn't allow you to do another...can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks & sorry for being lazy (not reading through all posts)

Greenfield has certainly changed things around. The advice I read was that once you get the SR Congrats screen, do not try for another one. Apparently, it no longer holds you back from doing it. People have been getting double credits by doing this. HTH:sunshine:

I know all of you like that extra jump in your accounts (hopefully) each day, so we have to play by their rules, and their rules plainly state, that if you get the Congrats page, do not attempt another survey.

If you complete a survey, do not try to take another one as Greenfield has started tracking people who take multiple surveys in a day and will start banning you from their surveys. Sometimes survey credits get stuck and you may get 2 survey credits in one day. This is ok. It is when it happens regularly that you will run the risk of getting shut out.




Believe me, I fought this new thing hard, but now that I'm doing it (I have conformed at last, LOL), it's worked perfectly for me. Imagine that! :cool::p:blush:

The surveys from Tuesday did credit yesterday afternoon but the ones that were taken yesterday have not yet credited. I wouldn't expect them until this afternoon but they should credit today at some point.

I did one yesterday on cars and about 30 minutes into it it kicked me out internet error and then when I refreshed it it went to a new survey. So I went in to do another through sunshine and it said I filled the quota. Does this mean I will get credit? I sure hope so.

FYI, the standard for knowing we truly did a survey is being taken back to the SR page that tell us Congratulations.

The surveys themselves often congratulate us, even tell us we'll be rewarded, when we didn't qualify. The wording on surveys often lies like that, so the standard is that if it takes us to the SR Congratulations page, then we are as close to knowing it will credit as we can be.

If you're not taken back to that page, you can take another.

Yes the OTX is giving everyone an error. Yes if you take an OTX through GF it'll count as your OTX quota. I've been directed several times recently to an OTX thru GF since I had a ton of options at GF I immediately close out and try for another GF survey. If survey pickings are slim I would complete it as the GF one counts towards the bonus and pays out higher.

I just have a quick question about the monthly bonuses. I see the Greenfield Daily Survey monthly bonus has been reinstated for August but I only have counts for June and July. I only joined at the end of July so I'm not sure how it all works... is there supposed to be a count for August there or does it show up later? Thanks for the help!

You won't see a credit til monday. Friday, Saturday & Sunday daily surveys get credited on Monday, unless Monday is a Holiday, then it gets credited on Tuesday.

Well it did reload and asked if there was a child at home between 7 an 11 to take a survey. It then said remember now the answers must be from the child. Asked questions about recent movies, when he sees them how often first and second choices etc. Had a status bar got to the end was thanked was aksed for some clarification onfo and final question was last grade of school completed Choices were:
First year High School
Completed High SChool
College
Refused

So my son answered refused as he is 9 and it dumped him out. Now DH and I are both seething this seems to be a pretty creepy way to get a survey answered and give no credit. DH sent an email and I am sure they will file it in the round file but someday the tide will turn
