I did one of those virual mail ones today (thankfully an easier one than usual) and it did not take me back to SR when I completed it. Then I took a car advertizing one but got stuck halfway through with a blank screen. Now I have no options... I am having a bad month!! It seems each day I need to take 3 surveys to get one to credit...

just tried to do my ds for the morning and the first one was about movies for teenagers and i had to put in a word and i got booted out saying my quota group had been filled, the second one was an otx so i exited out of that real fast. now all i get is the same 2 options i had all last sunday (os 10 operating system for macs and office supplies-i don't do either) and when i check none of the above i get no new surveys try again tomorrow. this is what happened to me last sunday and i could not get a ds to save my life. well, it's still very early in the morning and maybe gf will hopefully add some new surveys as the day goes on (sunday is getting to be the hardest day to qualify for a ds for me anyway). that's my rant for the day. have a wonderful day everybody and i hope we can all get our ds for today.:sunshine:

Ya know, sometimes I do get amused at how stressed out people get about not getting a survey but I hadn't gotten one in 6 days, and yesterday I was starting to take it personally. I wasn't gonna quit til I got one. :p

I think you are giving yourself excellent advice. I try several times a day for a survey, but if it doesn't happen, no big deal. I'm not even trying for a bonus. If it happens, it happens. This way, I get to enjoy SR and the forum. Despite my attitude, my account seems to be slowly creeping up. By the way, Marcy, I see you are #13 on the Big Board. That's quite a feat in itself. :thanks: Pat for your words - they mean a lot. as far as the big board i lucked out this past week when i did 2 offers for $1.50 each and they both credited (to my surprise) and that did help a lot. tried 1 last time this morning to get my ds and actually got one on organic foods and supplements. managed to complete it and got the congrats page. i just need to take it easier and not stress as much in the future about things and enjoy sr and all it has to offer. :thanks: again for everything and have a great day.:sunshine:

Your not alone. I have tried on and off all day and no luck. Everything a new option showed up and I was able to get into a survey, it didn't take long for me to get the message saying I didn't qualify.

Must be slim picking today.

I think that's the one I just got booted out of with a forbidden access message. Sounds like it was a blessing in disguise.

Did anyone else get two credits for Friday? It was a long day here on Friday with the kids out of school while we waited for TS Hanna to hit, but I didn't think I did two surveys! :confused: I did do the steak sauce and marinades one on Friday and it did not go back to SR - maybe it credited after all? i got 2 credits for friday, but i remember there was one survey i did that gave me a generic thank you page but didn't return me to the SR congrats page...not sure when i did it, but it was very recently. perhaps that's the double credit.

you're not the only one with an additional credit. the first survey i took on friday did not give me the congrats page or take me back to sr and i reported it to gf via an error report so i took another one later on that day and it did take me back to the congrats page that time. i too feel the same way you do and hope this doesn't mess things up for any of us.:confused:

I'm not sure exactly where it is, but if you look through the threads, somewhere Tricia mentions that just because you don't get the congrats page does not mean you won't get credit. It was explained to us that some of the advertisers request that your answers go to them and then they will give the credit to GF to give to you, so, you won't see those credits the next day and you may not get the GF congrats page, so, be very careful. Just because you don't get the congrats page doesn't mean you should take another survey.

Thanks for the reminder. It's hard to know what to do, especially if you complete a survey that doesn't go back to SR, then you read here that several other people have had the same problem with the same survey and haven't gotten credit (like the steak sauces one). If we get any kind of "Thank you", should we not do another?

I'm guessing I saw that one as well. Was it the last question? At first I said yes, but then thought it didn't go with the other answers. So, I backed up and tried no. It wouldn't accept it. I thought it was me and eventually I gave up and went back to trying to get a different one.

For that exercise survey, the only way I saw to get unstuck was to answer no to everything and then say yes to the Do no forms of exercise....except then it kicked me out completely.

I had that exercise one too and I found that if you clicked no to all the questions it finally let you through. It did let me through and if I'm not mistaken I think that's the one that I was finally able to finish and get the congrats page. Was it a mailbox one? That's the one I finally got congrats on anyway.

I just completed one asking for a lot of personal financial information. I selected the "prefer not to answer" option for all the questions related to how much our bank account balance is or how much we deposit each month into our savings and/or checking account.

I don't mind answering about where we bank, but when surveys get way too personal, I'd rather get bumped out. The survey did ask my address at the end, which I provided, but the rest of the information, I just wasn't interested in sharing. I'm not sure what it matters to a survey company just how much I deposit into my savings and/or checking account on a monthly basis. :confused:

It ended up sending him to OTX and he DID get the congrats page but then it let him try to take another one (showed the options). Greenfield screwed things up. If he got the Congrats screen, do NOT attempt to take another survey! Checking back for an exceeded message or anything like that doesn't work anymore.

I got that one too and I did the same thing - most of my answers where the "prefer not to answer" It was too detailed for me. I didn't fill in my address and it let me past that page - so I have my fingers crossed that it will credit tomorrow.

Just finished a fairly easy and painless one about butter blends.

Also got an OTX right before that on an upcoming DVD release, so still waiting on that one to credit.

My car's getting worked on right now and since the repairs are more than twice as much as I had figured, I think I'm going to be sunshieing a little harder for a while to try and take some of the sting out of it....or at least make it so I can afford to get something nice for people for Christmas.

I got sent to OTX for a wireless survey, which said it would take about 15 minutes. So - I made sure I took that long, and then it said that because I had finished the survey faster than most respondents, I wouldn't get credit!!:computer: So - most people must take 16 minutes or something! But I did take as long as it said I should. And now I cant get anything else of course. Oh well.

i got one very early this morning asking if i suffer from any neurological disorders (which i don't) and then it went on to ask me how i feel about different things (if i'm lonely, how often i go out with my friends, etc), some really strange questions. it took about 15 to 20 minutes to do but i did complete it and got the congrats page. i am so sorry that you are having problems getting your ds today. just take a deep breath and relax and i am sure that soon gf will add some new surveys and you will get one. have a wonderful day.:sunshine:

I also had that survey, but Friday. Yesterday's was on casual dining restaurants. Just finished today's about how corporate behavior affects my shopping decisions.

And I think I got that online community one this morning too!

I went to 2 resturants on Friday which is way unusual for me. I stopped in by my sister that works at our local resturant. I picked up their special for $3.00. That night we went to a resturant "Culver's " which is in the midwest. Their speciality is "ice cream". It was actually a nice short survey to take.

We went to Culver's last night for ice cream as well. My kids love their cheese curds - but we were just after some ice cream last night. Cheese curds sound disgusting but once you know what they are, we got over the name of them. Our first choice for ice cream was closed due to flooding in our area so we had to settle for Culver's ice cream. I'm surprised we didn't come out of there with cheese curds & ice cream.

ok...i completed a survey on a particular shoe store, and it took me to a congrats page (it's blue & white and i think it's greenfield's page) and it has the same wording as the SR page but it's NOT the SR page...what do i do? this is what it says:

got a screen like this after an online panel for a very popular entertainment company. since it was not a regular SR congrats page, I took another one. I never seem to get credit for those sorts of surveys - no extra credits for months!

I had 2 online community ones last week and I did not get credit for either one. I have never gotten credit for an online community survey that didn't go back to the SR congrats page (and I don't think one has ever gone back to SR). The first one I got last week I did not take another one and got no credit for that day. The 2nd time I got one, I did get another survey and got credit for 1 survey the next day. If I ever get one again that doesn't go back to the SR congrats page I'll try for another survey. Good luck!

Actually I think GF is having issues bc I can't get on now either. It gives me options to select but then the page takes forever to load and I get the IE internal error white screen.

I had one this morning about a department store. After the first commercial was shown, the survey stalled. No options to move on, no option to go back.



After several tries, I was able to get one that I completed on coffee. :clap:

i got a survey about a specific brand of diet products, did the whole thing, then didn't get the congrats page...now all my options are gone! :computer:

I just had the same one, and all of my options are gone! I didn't get the congrats page either.

Same here...........no congrats page, just thanking me for completing the survey. However, I do have other options, just not any that are working out for me. I DID take the time to report the diet survey to Greenfield, though. Not sure if that helps, but at least I feel proactive.:sunshine:

I just completed a survey on a new snack product esp for women and I went the whole way through it and did all the classification questions at the end - then it took me back to SR page but I did not get the congrats page - I got the sorry you don't qualify page. Watch for this one.

Maybe they fixed this one because DH got one this morning on a new snack product especially for women and he DID get the SR congrats page. Maybe you had to be a male for it?:rotfl: How strange!

Dh finished on on dieting as well with slides for answers he finished and it never went back to the congrat page as well.

I got that one yesterday, I'm hoping it credits b/c I'm really close to 26! I didn't want to chance taking another survey b/c it was definitely some sort of congrats page, not just ended in the middle of nowhere survey, and sometimes I do get credit for them (those white pages w/ black text w/ the thank you blahbiddyblah your results have been submitted).

I had one yesterday on a diet snack product for women and got the SR congrats page. Hope it credits. I don't know if this is the same one or not, but it sounds like it might be.

I was able to go back and get another on auto insurance that did take me back to the SR congrats page, though, so I'm good for the day! :D

ugh...took one on hospitals...long.....got to the end and I got the white screen that said thank you, but no SR page. That was after last night taken a survey on video games and get all the way to the end and be told sorry there are no more surveys for you. Very frustrating!

I did that one some time ago, same results w/ the thank you page, but I did get the credit next day, so hopefully you will also. :)

i got the weight loss one also and instead of getting the congrats page i got a page that said thank you for taking our survey, your answers have been submitted. i reported this to gf so we see what happens. did manage to get another one right away about movies and that one took me back to the congrats page. guess second times the charm when it comes to my ds for the day.:cooldance:

It took me to the Congratulations page, although I didn't do anything! :computer: So do I try for another survey, knowing I didn't do one, or do I not try again since I got the congrats page? I'm thinking I need to leave it for today and hope it credits? I don't want to get a double credit, but I really want to make the big bonus this month. Any thoughts, please?

Anytime I get a congrats page I just stop there. That's what I would do, anytime I've gotten a congrats page I've gotten credit. DO you need all of them to make the big bonus?

That's what I thought, too. I don't really want to risk it. I think I got number 26 yesterday, assuming Friday and Saturday both credit. At least I will have Monday and Tuesday to try for one if one this weekend doesn't credit. I don't usually get the big bonus, so I'd hate to be one short!

I think dh got this one this afternoon. I just asked him about it and he said that he took another one since he didn't complete anything. He didn't pay attention to the message after the survey closed but I bet it said what you noted above. If we get double credit, I'll get him to skip tomorrow. I'm sure that doesn't make up for not paying attention but that's all I know to do at this point. Don't you hate when things don't go as expected.

I think everyone who posted took it this weekend, so we won't know until tomorrow. I have never had a survey credit that didn't take me back to the SR congrats page. If someone took it before the weekend and got credit, maybe they'll jump in here. Good luck!
