Survey's Not crediting ?

I am fairly new to this but working hard on doing daily surveys. I have completed 6 so far this month, but none have credited. I always to through th SR link. On the Greenfield survey's I get a Greenfield logon screen and have to log in. Are these not getting credited? I kind of resent spending the time to complete the survey and not get credit. HELP, what am I doing wrong? In prior months, the survey would credit within a day or two. :computer:

Are you getting a congrats screen after each survey you take?
Make sure you clear cookies once a day, make sure your logged into SR and if you don't get a Congratulations you took a survey you should take another one. (ONLY if you don't get the congrats page) Check out the Sticky's in the Tech section that'll also help answer a lot of questions. GF survey's will credit the following day (or Monday from Fri, Sat Sun) either 930 or 1230.

If you're not getting the congrats page then you will not get credit for the survey and you should try again like akmosky said.

I just completed an entire survey, finished the demongraphics part, and expected the screen to say congratulations and I got the "Give Us your 2 cents page". Why or why is it not saying congratulations. Maybe my survey days are over.:cry:

This might be a dumb question on my part but are you doing the normal daily survey or the super member daily survey? I saw your member number was low so I thought maybe you are a SM.

I am doing the Daily Survey and OTX. I think the OTX are crediting just fine, but not the Daily Survey. One thing I noticed is that I have to go and log in to Greenfield, when it asks are you already a member. I haven't done this in past months. Do you think there is somethig wrong there, or does everyone have to long in?

That could be a problem. I've never had to log in for Greenfield surveys. What happens if you don't log into GF and try to take a survey?

I bet GF is taking credit for your survey and overriding SR if you are logging in :(

If I don't log in, I have to fill out all the information fields. When I do that, it says that email is already registerd and you need to log in.

I have never had to log into GF. I use the same email address everyday and it takes me to the page with options after I enter the demographics and email. Something is wonky there.

Iv'e been doing GF survey's for almost a year now thru SR and I just go to Earn Daily off the main SR page (after I've cleared cookies and login to SR) and select Daily Survey's. I click on the huge square and I fill in my demo's and take the survey. Is that how your doing it?

I don't even have any ideas for you since I've never heard of this problem. I hope you can find a way to fix it.

I have had 3 last month and 1 this month that I did and got the congrats page for that did not credit.

I think honestly sometimes they just don't.

I have learned from having problems recalling what surveys i took etc that I started saving the text from the congrats page along with the time I completed it, the day as well as the number of the survey (if it has one) or what the survey was about. It doesn't help us get credit but there for awhile I felt that I was crazy as I wasnt getting credit despite doing them and then not being able to recall (as they all blend together) what survey I did at what time or even if I ACTUALLY DID do one....

Example...This is the one I did that did not credit:

I just think that like everything else, sometimes its not going to credit no matter what we do right. It makes me crazy as I tend to take it personally :computer:, but I love SSR and more credit than don't so I am learning to just exhale and try to choke down a chill pill...lol (and be thankful that no one saw me stomping and ranting via webcam when i discover it didn't):cry:

I think m 'n c has it right. That they are taking credit for your surveys rather than giving it to sunshine and you.

Are you somehow a member of greenfield? Is that possible even?

I have to log in to GF most of the time. When i click on the green box on the DS page for SR it take me to the page with SR theming but for GF. It will either have drop down boxes for you to enter your demos and email or it will say if you are not .... and it will give you options to check off. Either way you should be getting credit if you are getting the congrats page. If you are kicked out before getting the congrats message that was posted then you did not finish the survey and will not get credit so you can go in and take another. If you get the congrats message you will get credit and should not take another one. Logging in should not have anything to do with it unless you log on to GF through SR and then have to log in to a separate GF page after logging in to them through SR>

You can be a member of Greenfield too but I don't think they pay if you go thru their site.

Any chance you can take a screen shot of your log in page and post it?? If you need help we can walk you thru how to do that.
