Shopping Credits?

I was just wondering how do the shopping credits work? I ordered a bunch of stuff from Kohls through the SR link about a week and a half ago... do I just wait for the credit or do I need to do anything special? Thanks for any info you guys may have!

Have you received your items? IMO Kohl's waits until the items are shipped before credit show up as pending.

After shopping, you will first (assuming everything worked) see an amount on "hold" in your account. Go to the Current Earnings page in your account, and see if there is an amount in "Pending Payments (includes sales and offers)". Right now I have 40 cents from a Circuit City purchase made on the 7th; the hold just showed up today (yay).

When you're a regular member, those holds last 21 days, I believe, and once that 21 days is past, it will go into your account, your total will rise, and Pending Payments will go to zero (assuming you haven't shopped since).

If there's nothing there and nothing shows up in another half week or so (since it's been a week and a half), look to the Trouble Tickets section of the site, and read all of the info about creating a TT, to try to see if you can get the credit.

I just checked my Pending Payments and it's there. I had no idea where to look so that's exactly what I needed to know. Thank you again, I appreciate all the help you've given me these past few days!
