How does the York offer work? Is it a 'hold' credit or instant? Did you have to pay anything like shipping charges or anything?

You have to be a NEW customer to York. Just sign up, order your first 30 prints. Which you automatically get free with a new sign up. There is a shipping fee but mine was less than $2.50. :) And for me it was instant. I did though sign up through the email from SR.
