I put this one off for a while. How does it work to get credit for this. I signed up for the card but there is no confirmation with this and I used it also. Anyone else do this one?

Yes, I did it. I think it takes a little while for the credits to show, and since Tricia and I have been at the Summit, shes not been able to incorporate a lot of the credits, but she will be working hard on that over the next couple of days.

Has anyone done this lately and received credit? I did it on the 1st, have gotten the card and charged, but have not seen anything posted yet.

I got the card and used it Saturday. Not sure how long before it credits.

how long did it take before you were credited? I just got my card today and was about to use it. this is a good rewards building card.

I wonder if we have to wait for our first statement to cycle before it credits. no other ideas here.

I have no idea ho wthis offer works but many say 12 months after you make your first purchase.

I did one not quite like this but similar and it said 2-3 months billilng cycles.

wowow it credited fast for me. got the card on saturday used it on saturday night. and found it was credited yesterday. :)

Still no credit for me and it has been over 2 weeks since I used it.

I have not received my credit either. I charged right away and today even got my first statement in the mail. Hopefully it will get cleared up for everyone soon.

well it has been almost 3-4 weeks for me also and no credit either. I have neve rhad an American Express card before so I wonder why no credit....

Got my first statemnt in the mail yesterday so I guess that I won't be getting credit since everyone else got it right away..............:(

No...I have had no problem with computer or anything else on this site....just that.....I have never even had a A.E. card before.

I did a TT but have not had any resolution. I needed an AmEx for use at Costco and there is no membership fee so I will definitely continue to use but I so wanted that $25 credit.

it's weird that it is still up as an offer, with none of you getting credit and no one saying that they have gotten credit.

I've filed a TT and am waiting to receive credit. Hopefully soon.

I got credit right away, before I had even made a charge or received the card. I've actually had my regular American Express card for over 30 years so maybe that made a difference... just a thought since it was mentioned in the cover letter I received when I got the card.

Not sure what the problem is for folks... AE is a great company and I've always been pleased by the service I've received.
