Sharpcast new offer

I was trying to do this offer and when I go to my email account to activate it i click on the link and then this comes up:We could not verify your signup. Are you sure you signed up? Or perhaps you forgot your password?
So I tried again and it said it had my email address and would resend an activation email. But AGAIN the same message. Anyone else having problems?

Added: I've signed up and am waiting on the confirmation email...I'll be back to let you know how that goes.

Worked for me....so it's not a widespread problem with them.

Okay I tired my juno account and that worked!!! Yeah. Do we have to do the download to get it to activate? I know we will probably have to download the thing when I get pictures I want to do but I don't have any to do yet.

I have heard that hotmail blocks a lot of things when it comes to signups/newsletters/etc. Try to avoid hotmail if you can.

I'm not sure so I went ahead and downloaded it and even added a few pictures...they aren't that new, but thought that might increase my odds....

I think that you only have to activate the email to get the credit. It's a brand spankin' new offer! But you won't see credits on it until tomorrow because they are actually run more like our shopping sites than our offer sites.

I signed up, too. It actually looks pretty cool. I think I may be a photo software junkie. Don't always have to time to figure them out but I just keep collecting all the freebie programs. :o

I'm actually talking to their people right now. We've gotten credit for 53 people, but it is not showing who they are! So we're working on figuring out why. The good news is that it does appear to be tracking.

good news! Of the 80+ people who did this, it looks like the ids properly tracked on over 70. So there may just be a few of you who we have to do manually. Everyone who did it before midnight last night should see it in a few hours.
