Anyone- how long does Netflix take to credit (hold)?

I asked this on the Blockbuster/Netflix page, but no one seemed to know or answer. Just curious; I combed thru some of the past offers yesterday and decided to finally give Netflix a try. The movies will come in handy over the next month, as DH will be gone....a LOT.

I found this on another thread, posted by Tricia, they take awhile I think...

"These seem to take quite a bit of time because Netflix waits more than two weeks and then sends them to the advertiser. Then the advertiser has to manually load them. Then I get them. I have never seen it take less than three weeks."

All rightie! Thank you! I was wondering if I would have to wait beyond the 2 week trial offer or not- you answered my question! :)

Mine "credit hold"ed on THE day I paid for the first non-trial period (near the beginning of July). Of course, now it's holding until 8/15 b/c it's a big offer (vs shopping which is how I personally think of it, LOL), so it'll probably be awhile!

I signed up back in June. I just got the credit hold yesterday.
