I signed up for the trial of GameFly and received the 1.50 credit. My question is about the additional 9.00 credit for keeping it past the trial. My trial ended about two weeks ago and I'm now a paying member. However, the original email I used to sign up with GameFly and here on SR I later changed to another email, here. The original email is still on my GameFly account, I think. But the new email is on my SR account. Make sense?

Does that mean I won't get credit at all? :confused: If so I guess I made a huge mistake. I moved the SR email because I wanted an email accounted dedicated to SR only, but I forgot that I had already done that signup that wouldn't be credited for a while.

All of SRs credits are tracked by userid not email address. When gamefly submits the credit to SR it will come to your userid and Tricia can post it to your account. No worries you should be just fine.

Just an update... I emailed to inquire about this. Apparently others have reported not receiving credit either and she was going to look into it. I never heard anything else. I'm thinking I won't be getting the credit. How disappointing. But at least my boys are enjoying the video games and it's saving me trips to the rental store. :)

Don't be so sure. Tricia is very good about making sure the does the most she can to get the credits that are due to her members. I have seen credits come through 30, 60 and even 90 days later. Hopefully since there are several of you she can get some kind of response out of them.
