No, YOU rock! :) I surf the 'net, ya know, looking for our name and what our competitors are doing. And I find all kinds of complaints all the time. I try to take them in stride because I know that we are not perfect and there is a lot of competition out there. But every now and again I come across a comment like yours and I literally sit and smile at my screen for a few minutes. :sunshine2:
