How long has it taken you all to get credit - or at least a credit hold on shutterfly? I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and have not seen any credit or pending anything. Is that normal?

A week is normal. 2 weeks isn't.

Shutterfly is not one of the offers to choose from when filing a TT. Can you not file a dispute with them for no credit?
