I need to get a release form from you to have the little video I did with you holding up the SR stuff so it can be put on 4imprints website. If you would PM me I will email you the form. If you can then fax it to the number on it so they can get them quick. Any questions just let me know. Oh ya, when you PM me, let me know which email address to send it to. Thanks.

Hmmmmm..............if you send it to me via e-mail (I think you have my addy, but if not, PM me) and I'll fax it with mine. That is, as long as you trust "those internet people" who abduct you in a parking lot and take you to Boston!:rotfl: On second thought, your e-mail won't have your signature, so I guess that won't work.

On second thought, Your e-mail won't show your signature unless you print the form, sign it, then scan it or take a picture of it. After loading it into something like photobucket to send as an attachment, this might be a bigger project for you than I thought!:( I'm sure some techie will be able to give you a quick and easy solution. I'm fresh out, LOL. However, if you can get it e-mailed to me, I'll fax it for you. I think I have the easy part!:angel:

ummm yeah, that would be a bigger project. Took me long enough to figure out how to post a picture, this is way too complicated for me. :rotfl: I just asked my husband and he can fax personal stuff at work, no problem. But thanks for offering to help....it did sound like an easy solution at first! :rotfl:

I'm glad you figured it out and were able to fax. This techie would have said:

Get in your car
Go to Staples or a UPS store
Fax from there!

That's what I put and for "Title" I wrote "N/A - General Member". Hope that was right! I faxed it off yesterday morning.

Well I didn't know what to put in those spaces, so I left them blank, tried to call my husband before he faxed it off but he was too quick, he had already sent it off earlier this morning. :confused:

Brenda just emailed and said she did not get Hedy, PBHall, Sunny or Speechteachri releases yet, but I think you guys all said you faxed them. Very odd.

I'm sorry Cindy....I totally forgot about this. I have been crazily writing up service plans for my students every night, and I just plum forgot. I'll get it out tomorrow...I promise!
