I received my kit already and I am flabbergasted. For the money, everything I got, and the cash back, its almost too good to be true. There are:
2 Arm and Hammer Advance White toothpaste, travel size
1 Large Arm and Hammer Advance White toothpaste
1 Crest Classic Clean Spinning head toothbrush with travel and storage case
2 Whitening Boosters that you put on the toothpaste everytime you brush.
I'd estimate this to be worth every bit of 35.00. They also send you a order form in case your run out of product. I saw a talk show about these products and they were rated very highly.
