Does anyone have a phone number for Customer Service for the Book of the Month Club? Also, how long did it take to get your credit for this offer? When did you get an e-mail from them? I did this offer on Sunday, but haven't seen an e-mail from them or a credit. My internet was acting weird that night, so I'm wondering if it actually went through or not. Thanks!
