Question about completing survey

What do I do when I have completed a survey and then it does not take me back to SR? This has been happening to me alot -- today I just spent 20 minutes doing a survey for a movie and then it didn't take me back to SR ???

On the page where you take the Greenfield survey, below the Green box, below the paragraph, is a link "Click here to report a problem with a survey"

I too have been getting alot of non-sr-returns, it is frustrating.

cglaura-that happened to me this morning with my ds and i did report it to gf. should i take another ds or just hope and pray that i get credit for that one? did you take another survey when you did not get the congrats page or get taken back to sr.:confused: any guidance you can give me would be greatly appreciated. :thanks: and have a great day.:sunshine:

If you did a movie survey on OTX or a SM it will not let you take another one.

I had that movie survey over the weekend that did not take me back to the SR page so I took another survey. When I just checked my weekend credit I see that I was credited for 2 surveys on Saturday. Apparently the one that did not take me back to SR did credit. I don't want to get in trouble for doing 2 surveys. I too am interested in knowing what we should do? Under the "old" system we would know that we would get credit because Greenfield wouldn't allow us to take another survey........... if we don't get taken back to the SR page should we just not take another survey ? (MOST of the time they don't credit if you don't get the Congrats page)

This has happened to me twice this month (getting a double credit) and I too would love for them to put something on these surveys that would prevent doing another one if the first one went through?? I don't want to get banned again from GF but I also don't want to miss out on getting my .80 for doing a DS. :confused:

It doesn't matter if I get brought back to SR or not or whether I am allowed to try for another survey. In most if not all cases I will see credit for this at some point in the next few days. Thanks Cate, you are right, it's not worth the risk! This will also be my policy going forward. Maybe it should be added to a sticky as one of the rules for doing surveys?
