pending credits

i have looked around, but i can't seem to find the answer.

i ordered from qvc a week or more ago, and the items has been shipped and deducted from my account and i have already received it. how long does it take to get the credit pending?

curious because i ordered 13 more items on this past tues, and one of those is already pending, but not the other 12 or the one that i ordered one or 2 weeks ago.

any advise on how long to wait?

I've placed 4 different orders with QVC and my credit was always pending in my account the very next day, probably not what you wanted to hear, sorry! I would wait the 10 days and then file a TT.
