I don't see the SM forum any more with the new quarter. I went to take my2cents and I took a survey about computer programs but then it didn't return the congrats page. When I went back it said I took the survey already about programs.

What do I do?

You have to go back and request authorization from Cindy to view the forum. User CP and then user group. The info you need is in the SM Lounge from there.
