I did Netflix on July 4. It has been over three weeks and still no credit. Did the Holiday cause a delay or should I file a trouble ticket? Or am I just impatient?

These are hit and miss. They take AT LEAST 3 weeks, sometimes more. And the last trouble ticket I filed, he told me that they cannot dispute them. :(

We've actually only ever had 2 trouble tickets filed. So they did usually credit. It just takes a long time and we never quite know when they will come in.
