A handful of you are going to be contacted to do a special follow-up survey from a survey that you previously did for Greenfield. This is different than usual and you WILL get a separate credit for this survey. So if you are contacted, please do take the survey. :) Here are the member numbers that will be getting it:

Tricia - I received the followup survey from greenfield. Clicked on the link, and it gave me an error message. Tried typing in the link instead of clicking on it or copy/paste. That didn't work either. then I clicked on the link on the bottom of the email to report a problem to greenfield. My email to that address was returned as undeliverable. I'm sorry if I am not supposed to post about this here, just thought that you might want to contact them about it, and didn't know how else to let you know. Thanks

Same thing just happened to me. I clicked the link to access the follow up survey and get a message that says invalid link. I then also clicked the link to send an email and report the problem. It came back as undeliverable and said it was an invalid recipient.

I got an email for a follow up survey for mammograms. I answered a ton of questions for them. I bet I spent 20 minutes. I thought it was done and it asked me what type of perscription patch I wear, and it said, "sorry, you don't qualify".

If I ever receive such a personal survey from greenfield again, I won't do it.

Today was the first time in a long time I got an email for a follow up survey, it said it would take about 15 mins to complete, it was fairly fast and easy on digital images etc. I don't think I've seen GF send a follow up survey in months!

The exact same thing happened to me, right down to the undeliverable email I sent them to let them know about the problem.

Tricia, I just got the email to take a followup survey and when I clicked on the link in the email I got....You have already completed this survey. Thank you for your participation. I don't ever remember completing any followup survey? :confused:

I got the same message but I did do a follow up yesterday that GF emailed me.

I'm totally perplexed. We just spent an hour working on these emails for them and had better get something out of it. LOL! I just sent an email to the person who asked me to do it to see what is up.

I got an email today and the link worked fine for my DH.

Was it the one from us or Greenfield? Greenfield is now telling me that they sent a test to a "handful" of people before we sent ours and that April's should be an isolated incident.

I got an e-mail from GF yesterday but did not do the survey I got an e-mail from Sunshine about a follow up just now and did it then went to email from GF to do survey from them and it told me I already did it

I got an invitation from Greenfield earlier today to do a survey and receive $1. Then I received and invitation from Sunshine to earn $1.50. Is this the same survey??

Well I just tried my link again from SR and it still says I have already completed it, which I didn't? Leaving for vacation in the morning, so depending on what GF does about it, I probably won't be able to do it anyway unless it can wait a week?

Trica - I am a little confused now, are we all talking about the same survey. I thought that there was only supposed to be like five or so of us? I know that sometimes greenfield does send follow up surveys, but this is the one that was limited to a few of us I thought.

I just got another email from GF with a new link to the follow up cat litter survey. The link worked and I was able to complete the survey. Now I just have to wait and see if I get credit.

What about mine was an isolated incident? That I got it yesterday, did it got the congrats your answers submitted but then today the email you sent said already completed? I can tell you mine was on digital stuff, and the "background" of the survey itself was orange and white.

I wasn't on the original list either but did mine through the email GF sent me yesterday.

I got the one from SR today and had no issues at all with completing it. It was on digital images. Took about 10 or so minutes to complete. Pretty easy, really!

I got an email for a GF follow up survey on coffee. It went smoothly and i got the final page. This is the first one I've done so we'll see if I get credit. I don't remember if it told me what the credit will be but we'll see.

The way that I am understanding it, is that not every follow up survey from greenfield involves getting an extra credit. There was an isolated product trial involving a followup survey that was offered to a few people for credit.

I don't recall them telling us about a cat litter follow-up survey. Was that one that they gave us your specific account number about or just one that they sent to you?

I think that was the one with the specific account numbers. The ones that are listed at the top of this thread. It actually involved a daily survey originally, then they asked us to try the product, then you posted that there were a few of us that would be receiving a follow up survey and listed our account numbers. The original link they sent for the followup survey did not work, you talked to them, they sent a new link, and we were able to complete the followup. I think that Post number 22 in this thread was another person who tested the cat litter and completed the followup. Anyways, sorry to confuse everyone, didn't mean to be a pain, I was just curious.

That's what my follow-up survey said too, 1-2 weeks. I think i did it a little over a week ago, so any day now hopefully.

Everyone should now have the ones from the followup that started on October 7. Hopefully I didn't accidentally double credit everyone. LOL! I just emailed to find out about the stats for the one dated October 17.

Unfortunately, no. But I do know that it would ONLY be the ones where you get an email from Sunshine Rewards asking you to do the followup....not just if you get the email from Greenfield in general.

I had gotten an e-mail from Sunshine to do a follow-up Have not received any credit. It said $1.50 in about 2 weeks

We've only gotten two of these so far. The first was from October 7 and was for only .80. The second came out October 17 and was for 1.50. They told us that we will have the results of the second one at the end of the business day tomorrow. The results of the first have already been posted to accounts.

I'm a bit puzzled. I was given two boxes of meal replacement bars. Last week, my first follow-up survey came to my e-mail addy. I completed it as required. This one came from Sara Williams at Greenfield. Today, I got an e-mail from SR to do the second follow-up survey, instead of directly in my e-mail like last week. I was provided a link - but the link just sends me to an error page. I sent off an email to Greenfield as directed, including the link and all the information. However, since this a timed survey, I'm thinking I now will not get this follow-up survey in the allotted time. Any suggestions?
