Pending $$$ Disappears

If you see your pending amount has lowered, and you did not receive it in your earnings, does that mean that the offer has denied the credit??? I am guessing it is the key Club Save offer???

Now I am further from my SM status :( I do not know how to try any harder than I am!

It was because we got a reversal on your Dermacia. Did you cancel it pretty quickly?

Okay. It came back as "invalid credit card." Have you maybe been using prepaid cards for the offers? That might result in non-credits because of the fraud. But I'm just guessing at this point.

Nope, it is my regular Disney Visa that I use all the time. It supposedly accepted my card. I will have to go back and check to see if they charged me. i thought they did....

Just checked. The charge is on my card. So it was a valid transaction. I will not be happy if they do not give me credit. I have done everything right....

I emailed their manager (who is VERY good). I'm sure we'll hear back from her on Monday. I know they are so worried about fraud that they are not allowing hardly anyone else to even incentivize the offer. I think they got burned really badly a couple of months ago.

A little news but not a final answer. They pulled up the order and sent me a screen shot this morning. But the order was not in your name. It said Ann Thompson. I told them your real name and that I do not even have an Ann Thompson. So they are checking it out again. But I will say that they are doing a good job of actually checking into it. :)

Sorry to bug you. But any updates? My $$$ in my account just doesn't seem to be moving too much. I have a few credits "in space" somewhere (dermatia, Shutterfly - TT, Homestyle Books) and thought I would ask. Just hoping to make SM for the quarter. Otherwise I am not in a hurry.
