Daily Survey Credit for 10/17?

I see that my surveys for the 18th and 19th credited but not the 17th. I know it's early but it seemed weird that 2 have credited and not the 3rd - it was on new entrees being offered at a major seafood chain restaurant. Anyone else get 10/17 credit - am I SOL? I've never had a DS not credit so I'm hoping there's a hold up on that day for some reason.

I also was expecting three and got two. In my case, Friday is the missing day.

I'm trying really hard to get the big bonus this month, so every survey really counts. In September, I got 25 -- now that hurts!

I got credit for all three - 10/17, 18th, & 19th. I was very surprised about the 19th as DH didn't get the congrats page although it said Thank you you've completed ... but it wasn't the SR page. It was about a movie that's coming out.

OK - I was just coming to post that I only managed to get one survey in all weekend - atleast one that took me back to the SR congrats page - and I have three survey credits all for the same day! I hope that they are just playing catch up with all those surveys that don't take you back to SR. Very strange!

I should have one credit for each day, but as you can see, one is missing and one is duplicated. I know that it all adds up the same, but I honestly only completed one survey per day.

I think something like this happened before (more with a lot of missing credits). I'm sure Tricia will be made aware of it if she hasn't been already and will look into it when she has the chance. GF may have possibly only upload half (or more) of them and the rest will have to be pulled. IF that's the case, just a guess on my part.

I'm wondering if some duplicates aren't part of the follow up's or the technical ones from earlier.

I got credit for Friday and Saturday but not sunday. I did the movie one on Sunday that gave me the GF congrats but not the SR congrats so I tried again and completed another one but no credit. I also did the SM survey yesterday with no credit there either. Bummer :( Maybe the missing one will come later today after Tricia has a chance to look into things.

I don't know but Lori got 5 on one day plus one for each other weekend day. That in itself is plain weird! I'm ok mine came through as normal, but a lot of duplicates (for everyone else).

I am okay not getting my credit as it gave me athank you page from the company not SR so I wondered. I just did not take another survey as they tell you not to. The ones that are weird are the multiple credits for one day. I think somthing was off on their end.

I did not get credit for the one I took on Friday, 10/17 which was a long survey on snack cakes that did take me back to the SR congrats page :confused:

This is only the second time this has ever happened to me, the other time was a weekend glitch too :(

On the 18th, both Lori and I were in NY City, didn't get home until evening, so I had only time enough to do 1 survey and I made it the Greenfield daily survey. I got right in, took the survey, and logged off. Like Lori, I have reported more than a handful of surveys for October, so perhaps they are finally catching up?

In over a year I've only once not gotten credit before (really good odds )...
I got the SR congrats page after my survey, so I was sure I would get credit.

Here's the scoop that I have gotten so far. No other rewards sites have reported problems. However, it is likely that some older surveys closed over the weekend and all of the credits were imported today. So maybe you had a couple that didn't credit earlier in the month and now they have shown up? Conversely, if you took the surveys that do not credit within 24 hours, you will likely see those credits sometime in the next few weeks.

They reminded me that not all of the credits come in 24 hours later. Some of them do not come in until the entire survey has run its course. Then they all come at once. So don't be surprised if you see "extra" credits show up later in October or early November.

They are still going to look into it just to make sure that nothing else explains the problem.

Tricia, I'm a new member and this is the first time I've had problems on the DS credits. So, with what you are saying that credits may come in a few weeks later, how does this affect the October bonus? If they come in November, that's not going to help those of us trying to reach the High level.

I also have a missing credit from the 16th with a SR congrats screen and two others from September. It's very strange. I wouldn't think so much about it if it weren't for the fact that I know I didn't accidentally do more than one survey on Saturday because I wasn't home all day...got home, got my survey super fast and dropped off the computer to tuck the girls into bed after a busy day. In fact, as far as survey qualifying goes, the weekend was pretty quick and easy for me (I was pleased that I got all 3 days). All I can figure is that they're old credits that Tricia is referring to. I had a bunch of non crediting surveys over the last few weeks - these must be them. If so, then I'm thrilled!

Yes, it's bizarre. I never missed credit after getting the SR congrats page, which I did on all 3 over the weekend. For so many of us to be having weird things, is, well...weird.

I didn't do a followup survey and am missing sundays survey credit too so I don't think that is the issue. Seems to me that something is messed up on Greenfield's end for this many people to be missing credits from the weekend. This has only happened to me once before where I didn't receive credit for a survey that did go back to the SR congrats page and I never did receive that credit. Honestly, I'll be pleasantly surprised if these missing surveys come through, although I'm not holding my breath. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do about it if we still want to do surveys, although it sure does stink.

Actually, we are well aware of all this and I thought maybe I would hear something this afternoon from GF but I have not. Tomorrow, I will harass them for some credits, but the way it looks, they had trouble across the board so we are SOL. You know we will do everything we can to get your credits though.
