Trouble Ticket?

I need to fill out a trouble ticket for my shopping order at The children's Place. I have the confirmation email from my order, but what is a "header"?

What email service do you use? It is the information that is at the very top of your email where your to and from information is. However it isn't merely the email addresses. On AOL we have a link that says "Details" and when I click on it it gives me the Header information like what 'pathway' the email took. It helps to prove the email confirmation is legit and where the email confirmation orginated. If you can't find it still let us know what service you use and someone can help you find it.
