When I click on Symbicort, it says "this offer is not available to you!" and takes me to other offers - Remedy Life, Cool Savings, etc.

I have tried to do Symbicort before, but am not sure what to do to complete the offer.

ETA: I am getting the same "offer not available to you" on all the Responsive Health signups I am clicking.
