I placed an order with Deep Discount back on 10/20. I do not have a pending credit yet but I have not received 1 of the items on my order which was a pre-order. I have not filed a TT because I thought maybe the credit would not post until I have received ALL the items on my order including the pre-ordered item. Do I need to file a TT? THANK YOU!
