Has anyone actually done one of the extra offers at the end of the surveys and really gotten what they say you are going to get?

Someone a while back did confirm that if you followed all the stipulations and rules that you will get the "prize" or whatever is being offered. It is also worth mentioning that some of the things being offered in the gold/silver/platinum pages are trial offers run here on SR so make sure to check here first before doing them. The payout might be better.

As far as the free clorox pens/avon mascara/etc those when you get to the end make sure to open your email and confirm the email and print the certificates. Many people around here have done that and are getting the free product (these are the ones without the gold/silver/etc pages at the end). They are referred to as My Insider Deals (MID) or Aisle No 7 offers.
