For those looking to do EXTREME budget Christmas shopping...

get about 12 inches of fleece from joann.com, fold it short sides together *around 6" x 40") and sew along the seam turn it right side out. Voila! You have a double lined fleece scarf for under $5! You can also trim the ends to make fringe as well.

Under $20 - how about a fleece blanket kit from joann.com? Just layer your fleece, fringe it, and tie them together. Who doesn't love homemade presents?
