We can't any more, as it's not on DVD, but my favorite all time christmas special is The Christmas Toy, feauturing the muppets. However, it's just not the same without the VHS version we had with the great 80's commercials.

Of available ones, I'd say the Muppet Christmas Carol (anyone else notice a pattern?) :rotfl::rotfl:

My all time favorite is "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" when they sing "put one foot in front of the other" and the little forest animals spin around. it!

The family fave is "A Christmas Story" and we love the 24 hour marathon on TV. "You'll Shoot your Eye Out Kid!", the Leg Lamp, Christmas in the Chinese Restaurant, etc. etc. - just a classic!

Every year for as long as I can remember it has always been Charlie Brown Christmas, and The Grinch. DH and I continue to watch those every Christmas Eve all snuggled up in bed. Usually we have mugs of cocoa and some sort of cookie I make. Our two dogs are usually cuddled up at our feet. My DH is so corney that when the Grinch pulls out the whip to make Max move faster, he always reaches down and gives our dogs love. He says he doesn't want them to be upset. LOL!!! :rotfl:

Of course I also love all those claymation shows too. I never miss them. The Muppets Christmas Carol, Mickey's christmas Carol are great too. I still cry when I watch Nester, the long eared christmas donkey. I also love The Santa Clause movies.

Since the early 90's all my friends, DH and I gather a couple nights before Christmas and watch our favorite Christmas action movie, Die Hard.

So many Christmas shows, so little time. :D
