getting credits back...

I purchased through Myinks.com through sunshine rewards because of the 20% back. Today I got an email from bointz.com saying I got credit through them (I do not know what that is) Is it possible to get credits back from companies that scam your credits? I do not read emails for this other company or anything and I tried to log in and see what the websight is and I can't - any and all log in I would have created do not work. I only made the purchase due to the rewards % and now I am not getting them - unless there is a way to get them back.?
I am hoping you know a way to fight this since you have been getting emails that state it is not tolerated by most companies anymore.

That's truly bizarre. I wonder if it was some kind of download thing? You could cancel the order if it hasn't gone out and try it again. Or file a TT with both your confirmation and the weird bointz thing and I can try to work it out with MyInks.

when did you order through myinks, I placed an order on the 26th and have not received credit, I hope I don't have the same problem.

i got the email from bointz. the way it looks it is a reward program for purchasing from myinks. they seem to be the only merchant participating in the program. then you do 2 trivia questions every day and get 1 point for each question you get right. when you get 100 points you can get a $10 giftcard. I got my sunshine credit and bointz credit. this was also my first order.

I will keep the email and submit a TT if I do not get credit on both accounts. I placed the order on the 29 - no confirmation email - just a confirmation # and then on the 30 I got a "shipped" email.

it took several days, maybe even a week after i received the first bointz email that they sent another with my account information. myinks order posted within days of placing the order.

Wow this company is fast - I got the ink today!!!
